This face to face workshop is suitable for managers leading culturally diverse teams.
The courses listed here are intended for learners (clinical or non-clinical) who are keen to gain insight and understanding of the barriers to effective cross-cultural interaction between colleagues, employers and employees and within culturally diverse teams; and to identify strategies for effective cross-cultural relating and intercultural communication.

This course is for customer service or non-clinical roles. The aim of this course is to increase awareness of your own cultural values and cultural values different from your own and to develop skills to apply the principles of cultural competence in your interaction with CALD clients.
