eCALD® Services is a division of the Institute for Innovation and Improvement (i3) of Waitemata DHB. eCALD® Services have developed e-learning, remote face-to-face and face-to-face courses as well as online, print and HTML cross-cultural resources to address the lack of culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) training and information for the New Zealand health workforce.
